Original architectural elements from the historic home, including bricks and the front door, have been preserved and incorporated into the property today.

Perfect house for 6.5 people. Perfect location. Must rent if looking for a family vacation. Bathroom situation a little weird on the main floor but we made it work.

We had a wonderful time staying at Mary's Porch. The location is perfect!! The beach is nearby as well as playgrounds, shopping, and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and a great place to walk or ride bikes. We loved the house!! It was super clean and had nice linens and towels. There was plenty of room to spread out. The kids played in one family room and the adults enjoyed the other family room. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed to cook delicious meals at home. We also enjoyed the porch with multiple areas to relax. The porch had a swing and rocking chairs. We would definitely stay here again!!
