Quiet time is from 11:00 PM until sunrise. Please be considerate of all residents and guests. No loud music or other audio. No loud voices. No running or playing on stairs.
Please be respectful of the owner’s expenses by setting the A/C thermostat to 74 degrees or higher. Keep windows and doors closed when the A/C is in use.
No smoking in unit. Smoking is allowed on the patio only. Please close patio doors if you are smoking on the patio to prevent smoke/odors from getting in the unit.
