The sought-after Shipwatch Community is located on the stretch of beach between the historic Coast Guard Station and Massengale Park. With just 52 units in the complex, Shipwatch is a favorite destination for families, couples and snowbirds alike.

The master bedroom features a King bed and en-suite with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. The second bath is a full bathroom with tub/shower combination.

Amenities include secured gated entry, pool, covered parking, grass lawn, community grill and private boardwalk to the beach. Each condo has two bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, an open dining/ living room, kitchen and balcony. Unless specified, residences do not offer ocean views.

Worked for us.

We were there in the off season. The building was quiet. The unit was clean and great for what we needed. The only bad thing I can say is the path to the beach was flooded from hurricanes so we had to walk pretty far to access the beach but once we were there is was lovely. The location is about a 5 minute drive to the main drag/pier/lighthouse.
