The Bungalows at St Simons Park • Unit #638: Discover island-inspired style and comfort in this freshly updated two-bedroom, two-bath condo, just a 5–7 minute stroll from Pier Village and sun-kissed beaches. Nestled on a serene, private street, Unit #638 is one of four chic bungalows sharing a tranquil community pool (Seasonal Pool Closure starting October 31st and will reopen in April) and lush common grounds. Upscale coastal décor, high-end furnishings, and playful wallpaper set the tone for a true island getaway.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $30/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!
Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (5 persons). Spring break groups and events, such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, receptions, etc. are not permitted.
