Welcome to Villa 378 at the King & Prince Resort! The beautifully renovated 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom ocean front condo (sleeps 4 people) is the perfect condo experience giving guests a perfect location to enjoy the beach and St. Simons Island.

THE SPACE
The large kitchen offers guests new stainless steel appliances and open views of the living room through the bar seating area. The luxurious coastal style living and dining space offers seating for four at the dining table and plenty of living room seating. The large 50" HD Smart TV is the perfect gathering place for guests to enjoy the game or a movie. The sofa is also a queen size sleeper. The living space flows towards ocean views, the beach, villa pool and the patio space through wide sliding glass door. Enjoy morning sunrises or evening cocktails on the wide patio .

Guests of Villa 378 will enjoy premium luxury bedding in both bedrooms. The primary bedroom suite offers a king bed with ocean views, direct oceanfront patio access, a private vanity bathroom with a freestanding shower. The large HD Smart TV is well sited in the primary bedroom. The guest bedroom offers guests a queen bed and its own bathroom (tub/shower) located in the guest hallway.

With access to the pool seen from your patio (which is “P” shaped) and unmatched views, your stay promises both comfort and excitement. The pool in the resort and tennis courts are for Resort guests only.
