The welcoming pool allows for family fun time and 4 bicycles are provided for exploring the island. Featuring custom finishes, luxury amenities, and a relaxing screened in porch, this beach house is the perfect place for your next getaway. Located just a quick drive from beaches, popular golf courses, village, historic sites, and so much more.

BEDROOMS + BATHROOMS
The whole family will have plenty of space to spread out and relax thanks to the three spacious bedrooms, screened in porch, and pool area.


All bedrooms are outfitted with brand new premium mattresses and luxurious linens to ensure a sound sleep every night. The large closets offer plenty of space for your things, and smart tvs in the king bedrooms offer entertainment from the comfort of your bed (please bring your own logins for Netflix, Hulu, etc).

The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The other bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and bathtub combo that can also be accessed from the hallway. The sleek bathrooms have a modern coastal aesthetic and are stocked with premium towels and hand soap.


KITCHEN & LOUNGE
If you love to cook (we sure do!), you’ll be very pleased with our well-stocked kitchen. It has all the items you need to cook up tasty meals during your stay, including a crockpot, blender, toaster, Ninja Barista drip coffee maker, tea kettle, and two sets of dinnerware for dining inside or al fresco!

The kitchen’s granite countertops and stainless steel appliances make it a beautiful place to prepare a meal and hang out. There is seating for three at the island as well as a table for six both indoors and an additional table on the screened porch.

The open kitchen leads into the living room with a large sectional sofa, games for all to play (stored in the sideboards), local reading material, and a large smart tv to enjoy your favorite shows or a movie night.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Enjoying the beautiful live oaks and Spanish moss akin to St Simons scenery is as easy as stepping out onto the front porch. This area has a bench for sitting and a side door access to the screened porch. The screened porch has an outdoor dining table, sofa, lounge chair, and porch swing. This is the perfect spot for your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine.

The backyard is fully fenced, making it great for young children to play safely and to provide privacy while enjoying the pool. You can fire up the grill and enjoy a barbecue. After a long day at the beach or exploring the island the pool is the perfect place to relax or for little ones to get out that last bit of energy!

Guests will have private access to the whole house, including the outdoor space. You will be sent a key code for our lock before check-in. The keypad is at the front door. The same code will give you access to the pool hallway door and the garage to access the bikes.


Ample parking is available to guests. We have two separate parking pads- one at the front that has space for two cars and one in the back for an additional 2 cars. There is also a small parking strip for 1 car on Peachtree St.


The home is located in a quiet neighborhood with just minutes access to everything the island has to offer - making it the perfect property for visitors of all ages. We have some neighbors who are permanent residents so we ask that you would please be respectful and keep outdoor noise to a conversational level after 9 pm. If we receive noise complaints after 9 pm you will be charged a fee.

St. Simons Island is a beautiful barrier island off the coast of Georgia an hour between Savannah, GA and Jacksonville, FL. A canopy of old Oaks covered in Spanish moss will greet you with true Southern Charm when entering St. Simons . The Live Oak Retreat is located on Old Demere Road, a beautiful location and convenient to all the island has to offer.

A car, golf cart, or bikes are the easiest way to get around. There are sidewalks on Old Demere Road so that you can easily and safely explore on foot or bike! We love to recommend High Tide Carts for renting a golf cart and are happy to coordinate delivery to the house prior to your arrival. Please message us to schedule this amenity.

We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped.
