Location!!!

Great location and great customer service. My husband and I came for the weekend and had a great time. They also have complementary breakfast which was delicious. Totally recommend and will stay here again!

The property is old. I was moved three times! The first room flooded on my first night. My two year old son fell due to the flooding and was soaked and hurt his head. Nothing was done but they loved me into another room which lost power. They thenoved me into another room because they said was booked by another guest. That room the AC had problems which caused us both to have sore a throat: I had to turn the AC off which was leaking. They KNEW the AC was leaking because there was a towel on the floor underneath the AC. The front desk had no sense of urgency at all. Nice lady but terrible handling of customer issues. The women in the breakfast area named Laverne was nice and helpful; otherwise it was not a good for me. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at ALL

Great stay in the heart of downtown.Short walk to main road for $2 jitneys. Staff is very friendly. Bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Try to spring for the renovated rooms instead of the run of house. Expensive, but excellent restaurant on site, which is closed on Sundays.

We enjoyed this place. We booked one night at first since most places in St Thomas are not as as good as they appear online but we liked it well enough to book two more nights. Ac units are lacking a bit, but hotel was a good value and very clean. Breakfast was very good and we enjoyed one night at the restaurant. Staff is excellent. This is a generational family owned business. Owners are excellent. We are happy to have given them the business. We did have a couple of small issues; they were apologetic and resolved them quickly. They also own the deli next door which we didn't get to check out due to time. Would we return? Definitely. Check in/out was easy. Parking is very limited (street parking). We have visited many hotels in the area; we like this one the best for the price and value. People that worked there treated us like their own.

The property was near itself. Don’t let the neighborhood scare you everyone around were welcoming and helpful. Excellent location! Employees and management were impeccable. Two things that were not the greatest are parking availability, and stairs I don’t mean a couple of stairs I mean an unreasonable amount to haul a big suitcase and whatever else you bring with you. I mean STAIRS A LOT!!

NOOOOOOO!!!!!

Older boutique hotel right in the heart of Charlotte Amalie. The place is hillside with minimal parking. It’s a shame that this property has soooo much potential and could be renovated into a charming oasis. Instead, it’s moldy, awful beds, toilet not working, and shabby throughout- like stepping back to a 1972 Motel 6 that needed repairs. We literally had to turn the water on/off at the valve to flush otherwise it leaked and ran. It was turned off when we arrived, so they knew. For some reason this place insists on making and copying a copy of your ID. we only stayed one night before our return flight. I asked for the copy back and they refused. There is no valid reason to keep a copy. I am beyond frustrated. Restaurant onsite. Subpar food at ridiculous prices with auto gratuity added. If you need to sleep cheap for a night, you might be able to tolerate it. I will never return to this dump.
