Nice friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable. The view from our balcony was great. Our only issue was the patio door required some effort to open and close but that was a minor issue.

For a moderate budget this is a great place to stay. Our view of the waterfront was breathtaking. Our room was well stocked and very clean. There is a restaurant on property that serves great food. If you're not used to driving in St. Thomas and you rent a car the road up to the hotel property can be unsettling.

We were given different rooms to what we were booked. it did not have the sofabed and the room was far smaller than the picture. Eventually we were moved to another room. The reception staff on the first night were quite rude and not very helpful but the manager sorted it out

Awesome stay. Location is perfect for taking tours, local shopping and restaurants. The bar staff is excellent, and the food is very good. If you need a cab, I recommend David, 340-642-3830. He is native to the island and is ready to take you to any place at a fair price. I recommend this hotel. Would stay there again.

Very clean large room with well supplied kitchenette with pots, pans etc. Modern & high end. Effective split unit, excellent A/C. Location is not convenient for shopping unless one has a car or uses taxis. Hotel is close to the shopping area, but not easily accessible by foot due to a very steep long climb from shops to hotel. The little convenience store at the hotel was not well stocked, many empty shelves. The only restaurant at site, however, was very good, with a varied menu.

Front desk & white lady and man at the restaurant could be nicer, friendlier and more personable. Other than that QUAN was amazing and a great informative guy. And I loved the room & balcony views.

Me and my kids visited for my Mother’s Day weekend and had a blast. Taxi’s were easily available and the staff was very friendly! Shaun was lovely and very insightful. Food at the hotel restaurant was decent and the price was reasonable for hotel food. Drinks 10/10. I would definitely stay again. Only reason why I gave my review 4 stars is due to minor damages around the property (however I think they were under construction) & the fact it’s no room service from the restaurant on property.
