Beachside Escape is exactly what you think of when you think beach vacation!! Located in one of the most desirable areas in St. Thomas on the East End, this spectacular newly renovated three bedroom, three bath condo sleeps eight and is right on the beach! Luxuriously appointed with tropical furnishings, amazing views and stunning sunsets! Cowpet Bay has a nice sandy beach, plenty of palm trees for shade if desired, and many chairs for your lounging. There is also an expansive pool with a waterfall grotto and a large jacuzzi. Grab a cold drink and relax the day away!

Then there's the highly recommended, finer dining restaurant the resort has to offer, Caribbean Fish Market (aka "CFM" per the locals!), known for its mouth watering seafood dishes, open for dinner nightly, as well as for Sunday brunch with bottomless Mimosas or Bloody Mary's!

If you choose to leave the resort, you are only minutes away from the conveniences of Red Hook... shopping, bars, restaurants, Ferry to St. John, postal service, and medical center.

We loved the Beachside Escape! It had everything needed for grandma, her adult son, daughter-in-law, & 3 grandkids ages 3, 7, 9. It was so clean, the decorations made the stay so homey, beds were very comfortable, showers great, kitchen had everything you need. We enjoyed eating outside on the veranda. It had all you needed for the beach: toys, chairs, towels, bags, snorkels, etc, even a nice tub of water to rinse sand off your feet before entering the house! The area was lovely and we had no problem getting to other beaches and the grocery store. Amy and Beth were amazing!! They were always prompt at answering questions and helping with anything we needed. We had a wonderful time here and would definitely stay again. It was perfect!

The location was perfect. We walked next door to the Ritz for our boat trips and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The host answered quickly to all of my questions. It was great to have 3 full baths for 3 couples.

Wonderful condo in a great location close to Red Hook and the ferry to St. John. Very clean and well appointed. The views of Cowpet Bay from the balconies were wonderful. Our group enjoyed the beach which was a 3 minute walk outside the condo as well as the two restaurants located on the grounds. We took many trips to St. John and enjoyed the secluded beaches and hiking trails there. We would definitely rent this condo again in the future.

2 week family vacation

We came down with 2 grandmothers, 3 kids 8-11, my wife and I. It was perfect for our family. Walkable to a great beach and 2 restaurants plus a tiki bar. The condo was very clean with nice furnishings. Check in was easy. We’ll be back for sure

Great times at Cowpet Bay

This was an excellent place to stay if you’re visiting St. Thomas. The location is wonderful. It is a seven minute drive to Red Hook, which has multiple restaurants as well as a grocery. There is also the ferry to St. John’s, which is very convenient if you’re planning a day trip. There are many nice beaches within a 15 minute drive also. Our beach and pool were nice for relaxing. The condo was perfect for our needs. An added bonus that made things very convenient was having snorkel gear and beach chairs available in the room. We could just grab these and go. We actually utilized the cooler to take down to the beach also. It made for a nice picnic. Being able to just grab these and go was very convenient. The view is terrific from the balcony. Booking excursions was an easy process with the help of our hosts. The room was a very nice size with three bedrooms and kitchen and communal area. I highly recommend staying here for a fun filled visit to the island of St. Thomas.

Well-Equipped, Well-Located, and Wonderful!

This vacation rental was absolutely perfect! The property was beautiful, well-maintained, nicely decorated, and incredibly comfortable. It had every amenity and supply we could have possibly needed, which made our stay completely stress-free. The hosts went above and beyond by providing clear directions for everything from grocery stores and car rentals to local activities and great restaurants. The location was perfect for us so that our daughter could attend swim practices with the local swim team, and we also were close to so many fun restaurants. We had a great time and would stay here again. Thank you!

Loved this condo!

This was a beautifully decorated 3 bedroom condo right on the beach. We absolutely loved it! Communication was excellent! She even gave us advice on heading over to St. John and on other things to do. They provided 6 lawn chairs (which is great to go visit other beaches!), beach bags, beach towels and snorkel gear (which we used every day!) and a big cooler! It is located very close to Red Hook which was a plus for us. I give this condo and 10! Would book again in a minute! It made for a GREAT vacation!

Wonderful family vacation

The location and spectacular…so easy to get around to some incredible beaches and restaurants. We loved the beach bar for breakfast, super easy and great. The local restaurants were great, some of our favorites: Pesci, Agave, Duffy’s. Chartered a boat for the day and took about 8 mins to get there and park. Condo supplied with all needs…snorkel gear, chairs, coolers, extra sunscreen etc. I would recommend doing your shopping at Kmart, it’s about 1/3 the cost of the closet Foodmart. The place is very comfortable for a family, we had 5. The best part was how amazing Amy, the manager was. I have never had such a great host! Thank you!!

Beachside Escape Cowpet East

The condo was beautiful and looks exactly as pictured. The views were also beautiful. Amy was wonderful to work with and very helpful and responsive! We had no problems with check in and found the condo to be well stocked and very accommodating for our group of 6 adults. We loved having restaurants right on the property. The only negative were the bugs. There were lots of tiny biting bugs on the beach. Luckily there are plenty of other beaches nearby! Overall a great place to stay and would recommend!

Great Condo !!

Great condo with beach, pool and dining right on the property. Did venture out a few times for dinner, once to Redhook, good restaurants but not a fan of the area and also to Havensight which was much nicer. Taxis are expensive so consider renting a car or using public transportation if destination is on their route.

Perfect Condo

The condo was perfect! Our son was participating in the International Opti Regatta across the bay at St Thomas Yacht Club. Amy and her team saw that all of our extra trips were planned and the condo had everything we needed for our stay. Beach chairs, towels, snorkel gear, floats, etc. The kitchen was also well stocked.

Amy and her team thought of everything for us from water toys/gear to games to play. She supplied us with a welcome packet that had tons of great info, from things to do, taxi and place to eat. We enjoyed having our coffee every morning on the patio and enjoying the beautiful view! Our whole group really enjoyed the stay! We would highly recommend staying here!

Paradise!!!

The property was beautiful, just as described! Amy was great to work with and always answered questions promptly! We enjoyed spring break and celebrating our youngest daughter’s 21st birthday! There are 2 restaurants on property one higher end expensive and one that was reasonable for breakfast/lunch. If you want to go off property and you have a bigger group, know that taxi services will charge you per person for each ride you take and you will even need to get one into Red Hook because the roads are not safe to walk on. Very narrow and not a lot of sidewalks. We took the ferry to Saint John one of the days and went to Trunk Beach which is in the USVI National Park! Amazing!!!! All in all, it was an amazing trip! Can’t wait to go back!!!
