Gorgeous, Spa-like 3BR with Island Elegance & Stunning Ocean Views

Sink into relaxation in an elegant blend of island, traditional and contemporary ambience tucked away on a private drive in a secluded locale at the top of a cliff. Sip coffee and mimosas as you watch sailboats pass below from the balcony...visit any of our 20+ beaches (3 beaches under 5 minutes from Clifftop), dine out at 16+ restaurants within 1-2 miles...or take advantage of nearby grocers and your fully stocked kitchen (pots/pans, dishes, crystal wine glasses, spices, condiments). Relax in balmy island breezes, or turn on the climate-controlled AC in every room as you enjoy 180-degree ocean views from the balconies and glass walls spanning the ocean-facing side.

Stay in touch with high-speed wifi and a flatscreen web-enabled SmartTV ready for your Netflix password (or we can provide a complimentary Amazon Prime password). An outside washer/dryer laundry nook often offers a fresh breeze even doing laundry (detergent provided). You may spy parrots, iguanas, geckos, or hear island tree frogs at dusk. Clifftop offers complimentary snorkel gear, beach towels, beach toys, reef-safe sunblock, and more. Indoor games, books, and postcards for lazy days. Plus conveniences: soaps, shampoos, scented lotions, pedicure tools (bring your own polish!), phone chargers, etc.

Clifftop Villa is a 5-minute drive from 3 palm-studded beaches in your rental car (note that a rental car or my recommended car-&-driver is required for Clifftop: our island taxis don’t like to go off the main roads!).

All 3 bedrooms have queen platform beds and memory foam mattresses. The light & airy master has an ocean view from your bed, an ensuite bath, and both get a flood of golden sunlight in the late afternoon (you’ll think you left the lights on ;-)

The old-world elegant central bedroom stays low-light all day with deep floor-length curtains, perfect for those who like to sleep in darkness or nap!

The sun y front bedroom has 4 windows, an ocean view from the bed over the side balcony, golden curtains, balmy breezes and shares a bath with the central room.

Clifftop Villa is located in a secluded neighborhood with driveway parking. There may be a renter in an apartment unit below (separate driveway and entrance on another level). The outdoor laundry alcove/supplies are shared with the downstairs apartment, but they’ll try to use it when you’re out.

Your nice quiet pet is welcome to visit too (I love animals!) with prior approval and an extra $150 deep clean fee.

While it’s just .75 miles above the main road, Clifftop is in a quiet, remote-feeling area; our neighbors enjoy their peace and quiet, so Clifftop isn’t suited for parties, loud late-night balcony raves (or late-night drives home from clubs!).

Of course, there is free Wi-Fi, parking, and AC. Getting Around: Again, a car is required, as the house is high above the bustle of the main road and off St Thomas's "safari bus route" (driveway parking). There are many rentals on island, but do confirm in advance, as car rentals are often on Caribbean time too! If you don’t want to drive, I can connect you to a car and driver (arrange before your visit!). Taxis are not nice about going off main roads and the bigger "safari" taxis can't fit!

As a guest of this villa, you'll find a fitness center, barbecue grills, and an arcade/game room. This villa also features a garden and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
