Two Bedroom/Two Bath villa overlooks the turquoise and aqua blue waters of the Caribbean. Minutes to Magens Beach and 6 others (10-15min.) Covered cafe deck in addition to 2 spacious outdoor living decks perfect for lounging, dining or just enjoying the uninterrupted views overlooking St John, Jost Van Dyke, Tortola, Hans Lollick and even Virgin Gorda! Guests say “photos don’t capture these views!” Centrally located: bars, restaurants, beaches, hiking and more!

We comfortably accommodate up to 5 persons. Both rooms are spacious. We only rent the space to one reservation at a time and do not split or sub-let rental. Large lower deck with gas grill and outdoor lounging. Also has upper deck for morning coffee

Property was in an excellent location and Andy was a great host. Every recommendation he made we did, and they were all great. The property was very nice, but in need of TLC.

Wonderful place, but beware - lots of stairs.

Beautiful, adorable property. The unit is gorgeous and the views are indeed breathtaking. Hosts Andy and Laurie Lynn were very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. The one thing I would suggest is that the description of the unit should let potential guests know that the unit is on multiple levels, with steps between all of the rooms. This is important information for older people, anyone with mobility issues, knee or hip issues - lots of stairs to be climbed just going from room to room. This can be a problem for some. Overall, our stay was heavenly, and I wish we could still be there!

Saint Thomas Vacation

We enjoyed staying here and would stay here again. Andy and his wife were always available to answer questions, offer assistance, and give advice. They live upstairs and that was an asset to us. The deck was nice to enjoy with a breeze and beautiful view! We felt very safe there and it was a comfortable, 2nd home for the week.
