Overall not impressed. Pretty location however there is no beach access at the hotel and you must take a car anywhere from the hotel (not walkable to town). This means either a rental car or $9+/person one way taxi to go anywhere.
House keeping was very poor the 4 days out of 5 they did come. They took my bath mat twice without replacing. No cups or soaps were refilled. The plate of fruit in my room upon arrival was still there by the end of the trip. When I spoke to at Jevon front desk, he explained there are 2 cleaning crews and they still often don't get to all of the rooms. He didn't seem surprised I needed more soap and the bath mat but did not know the standards of what house keeping should be doing. He said he would remove one of the resort fees which did not happen. Also said he'd have a manager in hospitality reach out which did not happen either.
To think this is the treatment I get as a Marriott ambassador makes me cringe to think what others have experienced.
I'd recommend finding somewhere else during your stay.
