We are situated on over a half mile long stunning and lavishly tropical white sandy beach. The property is located on the east end of St. Thomas' island and is the perfect location for any type of vacation – from adventurous, to fun in the sun, to relaxing by the pool, to island hopping by boat, yacht or ferry. Everything you need for a memorable vacation is right on-site so leaving the resorts property is completely optional. For those with an exploring nature, St. Thomas has a wide variety of attractions, including historic buildings, Blackbeard's castle, underwater submarine tour, boat tours, sky ride, marine park, and ecotours to name just a few.

The studio was clean. All appliances were modern models and worked fine. Full set of cooking utensils and dishware. The unit is on the second floor, so the deck overlooks the marina which was a bonus. (there is a hedge around marina so on the first floor you cannot actually enjoy the marina). Pool was clean and fresh and pretty spacious although broken up into segments so you couldn't really swim laps. Connection to ocean was just ideal. Beach was clean and very accessible. Air conditioning worked well - but mostly we kept the screened doors at the two ends open and enjoyed natural breeze. The Resort has been around for a while and is showing its age. Walking paths are uneven, Outside stairs are functional but clearly worn. Roadway to local grocery is narrow. Taxi's don't accept credit cards. We would have been better served if we had been warned to have enough cash for incidentals like taxi fare.

If I were to go to St Thomas again I would stay on the Caribbean side of the resort. The views were much nicer. The copious dead seaweed which comes in the mid summer was much worse at the marina and smelled much worse there too! Other than the restaurants on the premises, you have to drive or take a taxi anywhere. The beach was beautiful!

Lovely family stay

This condo is exactly how it is described! Being on the marina was fun and we enjoyed watching the boats come in and out. We stayed here with our 2 children (9 and 4). We used the kitchen everyday and had everything we needed. The resort was great, good snorkeling and we had lots of meals at the restaurant up the hill, kids loved the pizza too. Grocery store is less than a mile away (not walkable due to traffic)We rented a car and went to Magens bay (saw 6 sea turtles!). Also took the ferry to St. John and went to trunk bay, so beautiful. The only issue we had is the first three days there was a terrible smell outside, a waste smell. Only in front of the marina. It was almost unbearable to sit outside. It did go away after a couple days, so I don't know what was going on or if that is common but it might make me reconsider booking this condo again.

The pictures look great. And the room was fine but the contents (pots pans silverware and towels were minimal and icky. No shampoo, broken closet door. All in all the place needs some love.

Wonderful studio on sapphire beach

We loved this unit! We picked the F building because it is quieter away from the beach and we loved the view of the marina. The studio was a good size and very comfortable. Provided everything we needed to be comfortable. It was only 2-3 minutes to the beach, restaurants, and coffee shop. Only comment is that they were doing construction and sand blasting and drilling next door most of the week which Was very loud but you wouldn’t know if they were going to do work or not. We’ll definitely be back to Sapphire beach resort and would love to stay in this unit again!

Great Resort

This is our second time to Sapphire Condos and could not be happier changing from up top to down by beach. We had beautiful views of marina and a partial sunrise. Our host gave great instructions and recommendations. Any additional questions were answered quickly. The unit needed a little touch ups but was great for our needs. It has a king bed, 2 sinks in bath and full tub and shower. All necessary kitchen utensils, plates etc available and full fridge freezer. We had a pleasant stay.
