Room is OK, other than the lock was broken that I have to switch room. Staff has very bad manner. I checked out at 11, waiting in the lobby for my ride. At 11:25 the guy came out of his office (a glass window between us) and asked me to leave. i asked him why and he waved his arms pointing to the empty lobby saying that "because it is crowded"! It was such hilarious a moment. I'd leave thinking he is crazy - he had just managed my check out 25 minutes ago, but it is freezing cold outside. I did not say anything and stay another while until my ride arrived. Ignoring him stared at me from behind the glass.

Check in Staff was amazing. However, our room smelled of urine. Due to holidays there weren’t many rooms available so we just dealt with it. It was obviously a clean new room so we weren’t sure why.

My wife felt safe when i would leave the premises, shower head could have been better and the beds could have been a bit more comfortable. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and we would stay there again, the prices for what we got were very fair.
