The home was in a great location, exactly what a large group needed. Plenty of room for 9 people, beds were very comfortable, there was water, TP, and linens - thank you! Would stay again if in the area. Kitchen was fully stocked, bathrooms had items if you forgot something and plenty of towels for all.

Plenty of room for our family of 8, in town for TBS graduation. The place was clean and thoughtfully stocked with necessities and extras. Host reached out to make sure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

Kofi & Josephine have created a Home away from Home. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The home was clean, we rested well in comfortable beds and living areas. The home was well stocked with essentials and more ! There was plenty of room for us to spread out and then come together for dinner at the dining room table. This place was clean, extremely well stocked. They had most of what you could ever need on site. It turned cold but home was cozy. It is one of the best VRBO properties i have stayed in. It was also conviently located to shopping and the the museums in DC. Close to Quantico Marine Base. The neighborhood was safe. The owner was very responsive to inquires. If i am ever in the area again, i will definitely try to book here again.

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our family reunion in Fredericksburg. We had everything we needed- everything was fully stocked. The beds were comfortable, showers were nice, heating and air were good.

We just had a great stay at the Serene Cave. The place was as listed and we were able to have a large group comfortably for a graduation ay Quantico Marine base . My only issues were with the kitchen supplies. The pots and pans are all very old and damaged. There were two coffee pots on counter and one was broken. There were 3 blender bottoms and one blender. Tons of mismatched Tupperware. Knives and forks but no spoons. The kitchen was basically a junkyard of old supplies that really need to be cleaned out and updated. I do feel they are very thoughtful with other supplies like shampoo , soap toothpaste etc. If you are looking to do any cooking for a group this would be a hard rental. Otherwise the place is great and very roomy . Comfortable beds and plenty of towels. Overall we did enjoy our stay.

We enjoyed our stay! It was close to Marine Corps Base Quantico and DC. Our group of 6 had room to spread out and there were plenty of spaces to be together or to have time alone.

Retirement Ceremony

We were there for a military retirement ceremony. It was very comfortable for 6 adults. Everything we needed for the weekend was available. We had an emergency and had to extend our trip by a day, they did not hesitate to allow to stay. So thankful for that.

Wedding getaway

The house was perfect for our stay. We had our wedding in Fredericksburg and needed somewhere to stay for us and family that came with us. House had everything we needed for the stay. The only thing was it was listed for 4 bathrooms but there was only 3 not a big deal for us but for another guests it could be issue. We would definitely stay there again.

Family Trip

We selected this home for the location and proximity to family members nearby. The home easily accommodated my family. Two living rooms have the kids their own space to play games and enjoy themselves away from the adults. We will definitely recommend this space to any friends visiting the area.
