This is a 1 bedroom cottage situated in the centre of the historic market town of Stamford with a private parking space.

This beautiful cottage has undergone a full refurbishment and will be ready for guests from August 2025.

The cottage comprises of one bedroom/lounge with a King size bed, kitchen and shower room. A sofa bed is also available in the bedroom/lounge. There is also a small private courtyard garden.

This beautiful cottage is located just off the high street; a perfect location to visit the sites of Stamford and surrounding areas, including Burghley Park within a 5 minute walk.

This lovely cottage is conveniently located in the heart of Stamford, with its own private car parking spot!

The cottage consists of a beautiful bedroom/lounge; with a king size bed, separate sofa bed, and dining area. Doors open into a private courtyard garden and access to parking for one car. A new fully equipped kitchen and beautiful shower room are also present.

This house is fully open to our guests, with no restricted areas. Entry is via a key safe. There is parking for one car.
