The room was clean and safe. The staff were friendly and the Hilton signature cookie was delicious. My one criticism is the place could use a little TLC. The faux leather on the chair is my room was cracked and peeling, the print hanging on the wall had slipped out of its matting and was crooked within the frame, and the yellow wall had brown scratches all over it.

The room was ok it was clean. However we asked for extra washcloths and never received them. There are 2 beds in the room, why would there not be at least 4 sets of towels since the room sleeps 4. I get that there were events happening but we paid for a room as well. Also there was no parking and no help with finding more parking.

Sneaky extra fees that were not disclosed at the time of booking, a meal in the not -at-all busy restaurant that took about 2 hours to get, a 3:15 fire alarm that essentially ruined a night of sleep with no tangible apology (free coffee? A muffin?). The room was clean enough, but this property needs a major update.
