We had just left a different hotel because of the condition of the room. My wife and I came here last minute and the staff where amazing. The room was clean and comfortable. Jaen at the front desk made the night with fresh warm cookies. Lol definitely changed our moods around.

So far, all things were good. Great stay. The property is secure, safe, near everything within driving distance, but not a walking-convenient area. The staff all around could not have been nicer. Great people.

Not at all a 3.5 star hotel... maybe 20 y

The lobby and breakfast was nice, the staff were great, but the rooms are extremely worn and run down. Dings and scrapes along every wall, a massive black marker line dragged down the entire length of the hallway carpet, cracking baseboards, clogged shower drain, peeling leather furniture, mold on shower walls, it was in horrible condition. The whole place is in desperate need of renovation.

Centralized location, easy to get back and forth. Issue with toilet in the room. Plummer came twice but issue was never resolved. Had to "rig" the toulet to flush it after eash use.

Very tired property, not up to DoubleTree standards. Chair in room upholstery ripped, bed bumpy. Nice staff. Restaurant seemed amateur at breakfast.

Room was good, bed comfortable. Bathroom was still dirty - toilet seat had not been cleaned and we used handy wipes to clean. Bathtub still had hair from previous guest in and around the tub. The floor in front of the the toilet was stained with urine. Probably won’t stay here again.
