We want to be upfront about what this house can offer and what it can not offer. A few things to note:

— You can park freely in any open spot on the front street. If you'd like to park in the street's residential permit areas, please message me the plate number/make/model/color/state of your car so we can get it registered. No driveway parking as it is not our property.
— We use fans to cooling (summer) and gas for heating (winter). No central AC for cooling.
— We may NOT accommodate late checkouts or early check-ins due to cleaning scheduling

All guests making a reservation agree to our house rules as follows:

— NO SMOKING: We have a rigorous no-smoking policy (strictly no use of cannabis, e-cigarettes, tobacco, or anything alike). Any traces of smoking inside the property will result in a penalty of $1,000.

— PET RULES: A maximum of 2 pets ($79 per pet, per stay) are allowed inside the property. $250 fine for each non-disclosed pet brought onto the property. No pets are allowed in bed. You can walk dogs on the street, but please do clean up after your pets. All pet waste must be collected and disposed of properly. Any trace of pet pollution (from poop, pee, and fur) will be subject to a $200 additional cleaning fee. Any pet damage (to furniture, flooring, walls, etc.), once found, will be subject to replacement or repair costs.

— TRASH MANAGEMENT: Household trash bins are located throughout the rooms. There are large waste management bins for recycling and regular trash on the driveway, which will be collected by a city truck every week (every Tuesday morning). Please put trash in bags, as unbagged trash is difficult to remove and will incur an additional cleaning fee of $100.

— NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: The maximum number of guests allowed is 8, with additional fees added for 6 guests. $500 fine is imposed for breaking the rule. Cops will be called and legal actions will be taken if you host an event or throw a party at our property. Groups of visitors and parties of visitors are not allowed. Please ask for approval if you have visitors, and fees for additional guests will apply.

— QUIET HOURS: 8 pm and 8 am. Keep outside noise low during this time, and please move conversations inside. The home is located in a family neighborhood. Please be respectful of the neighbors. Loud, late-night disturbances will be fined $1,000 accordingly.

— STAIR SAFETY. Watch your steps at all times when walking up the stairs. Balusters on staircases are wide. Some small children may fit through or get an arm, leg, or their head stuck between the treads or railings. Please watch your children at all times.

— Exterior security cameras are monitoring in place
