Absolutely nothing to write home about. It was clean and we spent one night as we were passing through the area, but I would not recommend this hotel if I was planning any extended amount of time in the area or I was trying to really enjoy a facility for amenities. The TV didn’t work and the beds were pretty stiff.

Stayed from Friday to Monday. Room spacious, Hotel outdated, Had a old feeling to it and was very dark looking. Room had dust balls in the vents and at the bottom of the bed frame. The hallways was dark and creepy. For one night ok, but for more then one night, stay somewhere else. Not worth the money.

Huge hotel! nice and comfortable. Hate the Digital T.V. and TV. control. I am 70 years old I do not know how to use that. In room phone do not work at all. Not even to call the front room. Everything else excellent! Great price for the location. I love it!

Well wed site said breakfast and thatbwas not true and the hot tube was broke only reason i booked thos place drove a extra 30 min from nyc to have the hot tube bathroom was small i am a bigger guy and was not happy bed was hard as a rock and it was room 509 was very hot ac did not work

Not worth the money !!

I was getting my house painted and decided to take there Friday and Saturday while the paint dried. The room I was given on Friday didn’t have any hot water so I requested to move in the morning. I had a 8,6, and 1 year old who had to wash up in cold water. On Saturday I was given a new room, we spent the day out and went to the pool later that day. The pool starts at 4 ft so only my oldest can really swim and she complained about the amount of chlorine in the pool. By the time we got back to the room to shower, there was hair (not our) in the shower. Got in the the beds and they were horrible. We literally were sinking into the springs. And the visible box springs were filthy! When we went to call the front desk, the phone in the room did not work. Everyone was so tired we just went to bed. One of the worst sleeps I ever had ! Me and my mother woke up with back pain ! They money the owners spent on the lobby should have went to upgrading the room! We will not be returning!!

Property seems a bit past it's prime. Staff was fine, just doing their job. We stayed on a Saturday and the hotel qas completely dead...restaurant and bar both closed, no valet no guest relations. Really a strange set up.

Best not to use tap&pay unless you speak Polis

The room was fine, but lots of odd things can happen here. The tap-and-pay was inexplicably apparently in Polish and when asked to pay for parking, a member of our expedition was somehow (with Polish Language menus) charged for $400 for this $10 service. The staff had some difficulty undoing this cluster mess. But the manager, Brian, was very helpful. The lobby has a whole 1997 eastern european giant empty hotel vibe, which while not unpleasant, is a bit trippy. Still members of our expedition found the rooms to be comfortable and nice.

Our room, Junior Room, 2 Double Beds, was very spacious and newly renovated. It was very clean and quiet. We had very friendly, responsive and helpful service. Our only disappointment was to find the whirlpool was closed.

The location was great for us. We're close to family and didn't have to stay downtown. Our guest room and some common areas are quite dated, both in style and condition. It was clean and quiet, but bathroom condition and fixtures as well as the old TV are showing the wear.

Quiet and location is great!

We had a great time here and it was the perfect place to rest. Our only complaint was that the hallways smelled a little weird and icky but the room was clean. We will definitely return here - the price is right!

Someone with key attempted to enter our room in the middle of the night. A front desk clerk gave a stranger described to us as unbalanced and not of right mind a key to our room. That person tried to get into our room at 4:00a.m. Luckily we had put the extra metal lock on so while he unlocked the door but he/she could not open the door completely. This person banged on the door and yelled then left. A short while later 2 people came by and did the same thing. We called 911 and the police came to the Hotel. The front desk never called to let us know what was happening or to apologize. The Stamford police and a security guard came by after a great while with a confusing explanation of what happened. This was a terrifying event and the hotel could have handled it so much better while it was happening. The hotel did nothing to see if we were ok until well after the banging and yelling was over. Stay away from this hotel it is beyond weird and dangerous.
