A second living and dining space with a kitchen corner and air conditioning also opens onto the terrace, offering a flexible and airy layout ideal for relaxed gatherings. The open kitchen on this level is fully equipped and serves the main living areas. The ground floor hosts 3 bedrooms: the first contains 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, the second features 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and the third is furnished with 1 double bed composed of 2 x 90 cm widths and 200 cm in length, with a private shower and WC en suite. A separate shower and WC is also available on this floor for shared use. The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, comprises 1 additional bedroom with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a private shower and WC, air conditioning, and a kitchen corner. Please note that there is no internal connecting door between the separated properties.
