FAIRWAY SHORES is a comfortable 3 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to a maximum of 8 guests. Only a short walk to the beach, plenty of room for parking and the boat. With the added bonus of being dog friendly this is an ideal place to base your Yorke Peninsula holiday!

Open plan kitchen with large fridge/freezer, electric stove with grill and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, DeLonghi coffee machine with milk frother (BYO pods), sandwich maker, slow cooker, blender, electric knife, kids bowls and cups.
Dining area with table/chairs, lounge area with large L shaped lounge, coffee table, ceiling fan/light, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, large non smart TV, bluetooth speaker, sega console with small assortment of games, DVD player.
Large door leading onto front shaded deck with outdoor furniture.

3 bedrooms, main with ceiling fan/light, bedrooms 2 and 3 have a pedestal fan in each.

Bathroom with vanity, walk-in shower, bath, hairdryer, separate w/c.

Laundry with front loading washing machine, trough, clothes airer, iron and ironing board.

Rear yard is fully fenced with outdoor setting, hammock, large 4 burner BBQ, crab cooker.
Lawned area.

Games room with large TV, sound bar, pool table, dart board, bar, air-conditioned, ceiling fans, small table/chairs, 2 seater and 2 single cane chairs, 2 seater lounge, combustion heater (BYO wood), separate toilet with vanity.

Clothesline, outdoor shower - cold water only.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - double, bed 3 - 2 x single bunks.

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

Stansbury is a small sea side town with an excellent beach, hotel, playground, cafe, post office, butcher, chemist, service station, IGA, museum, information centre and golf course.
