SHORE BEATS WORK is a modern 4 bedroom holiday home with 3 bedrooms inside and 1 detached bedroom at the rear. This property accommodates up to a maximum of 10 guests, only a short walk to the side beach, the added bonus of bringing your furry friends (dogs only) and a large entertaining area which is sure to please!
Open plan kitchen with large fridge/freezer, electric oven/ceramic cook top, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, electric frypan, mixer, toastie machine. Dining area with table/chairs, living area with smart TV, lounge, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner.
3 bedrooms all with ceiling fan/light, main bedroom and second bedroom with smart TV's - 4th bedroom is a detached room in the rear yard with a split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, bathroom facilities are inside house.
Main bathroom with shower over small child size bath, vanity, w/c, top loading washing machine.
Rear yard with large entertaining area on side of house with large smart TV, large fridge/freezer, outdoor table/chairs, hooded 6 burner gas BBQ, lounge, coffee table, ceiling fan/light, 4 seater hi-top table, wood fire - BYO wood, sliding door that open to front deck. Zip-track blinds along the back of entertaining area that goes along the rear verandah with L shape lounge.

2 car carport under main roof, drive through driveway, large backyard with grassed area. Guests are able to use the front park only of the large shed will park 2 cars. Other sheds not for guests use.
Bed configuration - bed 1 - King, bed 2 - double, bed 3 - 1 bunk - bed 4 - detached room - queen bed plus 1 bunk
Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.
King bed sheets only (top/bottom, not including pillow cases) for the main bed can be hired $40 - if you would like to hire please let office staff know.
Stansbury is a small seaside town with an excellent beach, hotel, playground, cafe, post office, butcher, chemist, service station, IGA, museum, information centre and golf course.
