Welcome to Hiker's Haven by Three Suns Cabins. Tucked into a valley along the Red River, this modern Nordic-inspired cabin is where mountain views, private riverfront, and genuine stillness come together.

Take a walk to discover hammocks along a sandbar beach — swim, fish, kayak, or just sit and let the current do the talking. However, you choose to unwind, the river is yours.

Some places make you forget to check your phone. Hiker's Haven is one of them.

Tucked within Three Suns Cabins, a collection of eight uniquely designed Nordic cabins across 25 acres, this cozy cabin sits at the edge of some of Kentucky's most breathtaking landscape, with direct access to the legendary 715 loop and everything Red River Gorge has to offer. Surrounded by scenic walking trails and the natural beauty of Red River Gorge, Hiker's Haven blends thoughtful design with the kind of comfort that makes it hard to leave.

The living area welcomes you with a cozy electric fireplace, Smart TV, and a kitchen stocked for real meals. Drip coffee or Keurig, your call. A dining table and bar seating give you space to linger over breakfast or set up a card game that runs too late. And keep an eye out for the barn doors — slide them open to reveal hidden XL bunk beds, a surprise that never gets old.

The bedroom is your retreat within a retreat: a plush queen bed, a second electric fireplace, and a Smart TV perfect for unwinding after a day on the trails. Step through the door onto your private deck, and the valley opens up in front of you. When the stars come out, the hot tub is waiting.

Hiker's Haven is perfect for a romantic weekend, a solo reset, or a family trip the kids will talk about all year. As part of Three Suns Cabins, the property is also available for group bookings — retreats, family reunions, and special occasions welcome.

Guest access

Guests have full access to the cabin, private deck, hot tub, fire pit, and all shared Three Suns Cabins amenities.

Please ensure the phone number and email associated with your reservation is correct as important check-in information and stay details will be sent prior to your arrival.

Other details to note

For your convenience, each cabin includes both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. To ensure freshness and accommodate individual preferences, we do not provide perishable or consumable items such as coffee, K-Cups, salt, pepper, cooking oil, or similar goods.

The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with the essentials needed to prepare and enjoy meals during your stay, including pots, pans, bowls, cups, utensils, and more.

To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a starter supply of essentials, including hand soap, paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, 2 trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, and basic cleaning supplies. A bar of soap and travel-size shampoo are also provided. Guests planning longer stays may wish to bring additional supplies.

Each cabin includes a charcoal grill for outdoor cooking. Guests are asked to bring their own charcoal and lighter fluid. Please note that while we do our best to provide lighters or matches for the grill and fire pit, availability is not guaranteed.

Firewood is available for purchase onsite. While we do our best to keep firewood stocked, availability cannot be guaranteed.

The cabin is supplied with city water that is safe for drinking and all household uses.

Cell service can be limited depending on your carrier.

The property is easily accessible via paved and well-maintained gravel roads. Four-wheel drive is not required.

Please note that pets are not permitted at this cabin, and we are unable to make exceptions.

This cabin offers its guests a hot tub, barbecue grills, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
