This secluded holiday home on the north side of Hvar Island is located in the private bay of Tatinja, directly on the sea, just 10 meters from the crystal-clear water. The house offers three separate living units for a total of up to 16 people and is ideally suited for families, groups, or couples looking for a quiet holiday in an idyllic setting.



The smallest unit is designed for 2+1 persons and features a kitchen, living area, toilet, refrigerator, fireplace, and a large terrace with a magnificent sea view. The larger apartment offers space for 3+2 persons with a bedroom, living area, kitchen, toilet, and two balconies. The apartment in the lower part of the house has three bedrooms, toilet, kitchen, fireplace, and an outdoor terrace with a barbecue fireplace.



The electricity is provided via a small solar system (12V/220V), the refrigerators are gas-operated. The living units do not have air conditioning, washing machine, or dishwasher. Pets are welcome (max. 3). Parking spaces are available directly at the house.



The bay offers a safe pebble beach that is also suitable for children. Two boat moorings are available on request, as well as a trailer parking space.



The landlords produce their own wine, dessert wine (Prosek) and local spirits and offer private fishing trips where freshly caught fish is prepared traditionally.



The environment invites you to beach days, Robinson holiday, hiking, cycling, diving, snorkelling or boat trips. The towns of Vrboska, Jelsa, Starigrad and Hvar are accessible within a few kilometres, as are restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and other tourist offerings. The house combines secluded tranquillity with the opportunity to actively experience Dalmatian culture and nature.
