On the north side of the island of Hvar, nestled in a small, sheltered bay far from mass tourism, this property is located just a few steps from the sea. Only ten metres separate you from the clear, calm water that shimmers in the sun in various shades of blue and turquoise. Here, nature determines the rhythm of the day, and the next neighbour is around 500 metres away – ideal conditions for a relaxing stay in absolute tranquillity.



The holiday apartment described here offers space for up to five people and is particularly suitable for families or couples who want to enjoy the sea right on their doorstep. It features a separate bedroom, a living area with additional sleeping options, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Two covered terraces offer a wonderful view over the bay. Whether having breakfast in the gentle morning light or enjoying a shared evening meal with the sound of the sea in the background – the terraces quickly become the focal point of the holiday. A private barbecue, table and seating, as well as a clothes drying rack are available and make outdoor living particularly pleasant.



The house is partially powered by a small solar system, and the refrigerators are gas-operated. The equipment is deliberately kept simple and does without air conditioning, washing machine or dishwasher. Instead of modern technology, the original island feeling is in the foreground – a place where one switches off, comes to rest and concentrates on the essentials. Parking spaces are located directly at the house, with access via a combination of asphalt and gravel road.



The estate also includes a smaller accommodation particularly suitable for couples, as well as a larger apartment with multiple bedrooms, ensuring that travelling families have sufficient space without having to compromise on privacy.



The protected gravel bay is excellent for swimming and snorkelling. Those who want to be active can take boat trips, go fishing or explore the surroundings on hikes. The landlords also maintain the Dalmatian tradition and produce their own wine, Prošek and homemade schnapps. On request, they organise private fishing trips where the freshly caught fish is then prepared together.



Despite the quiet location, you can reach Vrboska, Jelsa, Stari Grad and the town of Hvar within a few kilometres. There you will find restaurants, cafés, shopping opportunities and all important facilities. At the same time, you retain the feeling of living far away from the hustle and bustle and experiencing the island in its original beauty.
