Preis- Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung

Beschreibung und Realität stimmen überein. Einfacher Standard. Schön ruhig und abseits der Touristenzentren. Hübscher, großräumiger Außenbereich, den wir wegen einer Mückenplage nicht nutzen konnten. Wlan instabil und schwach.

Urlaub in Seline

Wir waren das dritte Mal in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus mitten in der Natur Kroatiens. Wer Ruhe sucht und gerne wandert und ab und zu in die Adria springen möchte ist hier genau richtig. Die Vermieter sind total liebenswürdig und haben sich toll um uns gekümmert.

Kleines, feines Ferienhaus am Fuß des Velebitgebirges

Genau was ich mir vorgestellt habe: ab vom Tourismustrubel die Ruhe genießen. Wir (3 Erw.) waren 1 Wo. im Okt. da zum Wandern, Kulturbesuche in die Gegend (Mietwagen) unternehmen und ein bisschen baden gehen. Im Ruinendörfchen wohnten wir fast allein nur ca. 10 Gehminuten vom NP-eingang 2 (Kleine Paklenica) und 30 min (Auto 4 min) zum Kieselstrand in Seline entfernt. Wir hatten Gebirge (ausgenommen Gr. Paklenicaschlucht) und Strand fast allein für uns. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir fanden das Wasser trinkbar, Handtücher wurden bereit gestellt, Zusatzdecken vorhanden, Wlan hakte nur 2x kurz (Rooter aus/an hat geholfen). "Balkon" und Hof sind nach Westen ausgerichtet, der Grillplatz war auch schon vormittags sonnenbeschienen. Das ostwärtige Gemeinschaftszimmer ist (dem historischen Hausbau nach) etwas dunkel, was sich bei Hitze sicher günstig auswirkt. Mit 5 Pers. machbar aber eng (da wenig Ablageflächen/Haken, ein Schlafplatz auf der Couch). Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend (An-, Abreisezeit). Die Kaution in € statt in HRK zu hinterlegen war gut, da wir nach Abreise keine Gelegenheit hatten noch Geld auszugeben. Insgesamt ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis inclusiv kleiner Überraschung beim Abschied. (Mit der Agentur hatten wir während des Aufenthaltes keinen Kontakt. Buchungsabwicklung/Bezahlung/Infos im Voraus übers Netz - alles Bestens.)

Un petit paradis

Cette ravissante maison est située dans un écrin d'arbres, dans le calme le plus total. La plage, très calme en septembre, n'est qu'à 10 mn de voiture.

Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt in diesem Häuschen, schön einsam gelegen in der puren Natur, Frühstück mit Vogelgesang usw.Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist liebevoll und praktisch und trotz Bora-Sturm haben wir uns geborgen gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben alles getan, damit man sich dort wohlfült.

Das Haus ist schön und wirklich abgeschieden - in einem Trümmerdorf. Das angepriesene WLAN ist nicht vorhanden. Kein Schutz gegen Insekten, sodass die Fenster besser geschlossen bleiben. Die Klimaanlage ist allerdings so angebracht, dass sie nicht ins Schlafzimmer reicht. Nachdem wir einen Skorpion im Bad fanden sind wir abgereist.

Idyllisch in einem Weiler gelegenes Haus, 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand, 10km vom Paklenica Nationalpark gelegen, Ideale Lage um die Sehenwürdigkeiten der Umgebung mit einem Strandurlaub zu verbinden

genau was ich wollte

geniales haus in bester alleinlage, geeignet für bis zu 4 personen, direkt beim national park, sehr freundlich vermieter, grundverständigung in D/E möglich das war praktisch da ich kein wort kroatisch kann, grillmöglichkeit, küche ist gut ausgestattet, das wasser ist ok zum duschen sollte man aber nicht trinken oder zum kochen nehmen (aus zisterne)

Heerlijke plek in alle rust aan wandelpad tussen 2 schitterende gorges

Prachtige locatie, in alle rust en toch dichtbij strand en winkels. Voor natuurliefhebbers een absolute aanrader, temeer je direct aan het wandelpad zit die mala (kleine) en veliki (grote) paklenica met elkaar verbindt. Tevens is het wandelpad voorzien van diverse borden die uitleg geven over de rijke geschiedenis van dit gebied (tot ver voor christus). Ben je aan zware luxe gewend dan zal deze woning waarschijnlijk niet aan je eisen voldoen. Echter alles wat nodig is is aanwezig, de bedden slapen goed en buiten is het gewoonweg heerlijk vertoeven. Het overdekte balkon is fijn en praktisch (zowel bij veel zon als bij regen), waardoor je heerlijk buiten kunt zitten. Voor de prijs hoef je het ook niet te laten, temeer je snel op de hoofdsnelweg bent die Zagreb met Split verbindt. De combinatie van zee en bergen maakt het voor ons een reden temeer om hier terug te keren. Daarnaast zijn de eigenaren superlief en verzorgend.

Schön ruhiges Haus

Wer mal richtig abschalten möcht , dem kann ich dieses Haus nur ans Herz legen. Sehr nette und aufmerksame Vermieter . Die Landschaft ist wunderbar. Ein muss für Strand liebende kletternde Familien . Danke für die schöne Zeit
