The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put garbage in the garbage can outside and take to the curb.
Set AC to 75. During winter months, set the heat to 65.
Place all used towels in the laundry room or washing machine. Strip all linens. Just treat the house like you would want yours treated is all I ask.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The house is just as pictured and is in a great location. It was very clean and the beds slept great. Our only issues were a clogged kitchen sink and a broken stove knob, which is just typical wear on a house. The owner was very responsive to my messages and I believe will fix things as soon as he can. This was our second time staying here and we will definitely stay here again.

Freshman Orientation

Perfect stay and location for our quick trip to campus with incoming freshman. Plenty of room for our family and great location convenient to campus, restaurants and acquainting ourselves with town. Host was wonderful throughout!

It was convenient and comfortable. Contact with owner was agreeable. I would suggest since it sleeps 6 people it would be really nice if there were comfortable chairs for 6. There was a couch (3 people), chair with foot stool and wing back chair. The 6th person had to sit in a straight back wooden chair when we gathered to visit.

The property is perfectly positioned in town. It’s walking distance to campus with easy access to restaurants. The house is clean and comfortable, and Blake is a great host!

This place was just wonderful from the location to the neighborhood to the host... everything about this place was wonderful! Only suggestion to the host would be to add some TVs to the bedrooms. However we will stay jere again in the future when we are back in starkville. Fantastic place!!

This house is very nice! Beds and furniture super comfy! Kitchen is nicely appointed! I guess I just assumed when the description said there was a patio there would be patio furniture ! That was the only letdown!!! It would be nice also if the house numbers were beside the door - easier to see! Otherwise great stay!
