We were extremely disappointed in the service in the Trophy room. servers were so slow, I waited sitting at bar for 15 min without anyone even saying I will be right with you, we got up and walked down to federal taphouse It was very surprising. I have stayed at the Hyatt in past and will say that is the BIGGEST difference between the two hotels. Very disappointed

Always excellent to stay here for our visit to Penn state. That garage though! We rented a large SUV and boy is it tight! Those spots are tiny! Besides that it’s a beautiful quaint hotel! Love staying here.

The hotel is in a fantastic location and was largely clean. Given the central location it was very loud with people walking/talking loudly outside late into the night and garbage trucks early in the morning. Additionally, the elevators desparately need to be repaired/replaced. Not sure I would pay the premium to stay here again.
