The hotel was very clean. Staff was very friendly. The 24/7 premium coffee was awesome. However our bed was terrible. The middle springs were broken. Unfortunately we found it out late at night and didn't bother with it, since we stayed for only one night. Also, the bodywash bottle was almost empty. Towels were quite hard on your skin. The hotel should check integrity of the beds more often. Housekeeping service appears in need of improvement.

Great rooms but shower warning

I usually love this hotel, and overall it’s great, but there were two things I want to mention. First, the floor of the walk-in shower is slippery as H*!! My foot slipped the second I set it down in there so I held on carefully for the rest of the shower. My Mother was staying in another room and she said the same thing. The second thing, also about the bathroom, is the shower head controller. It may have been installed with their “MENSA” guests in mind (aka: it was crazy to try and figure out, especially with the H/C settings being worn off. Anyway, all else was good.
