The second room was in good shape. The first room had a broken bathroom door, which was brought to the attention of the staff before we went to dinner. The staff at check-in was disinterested, rude and not welcoming at all.

Blake was an amazing Supervisor. He helped me every time I needed assistance. He was friendly and very attentive. Great leadership skills Blake. The downside was that our Rm TV didn't work and with a child, it was very frustrating. They did offer to move is, however it was already late and we were settled in. These items should be checked before putting a guest in a room, so people aren't inconvenienced.

Honestly the quality. It was a nice hotel but so many issues. We didn’t have hot water, we had a piece of the bathroom sliding door fall off and hit us, and we had issues with the parking gate not working

Conveniently located in downtown State College, which made our tour of the university easy and we had a great view of campus
