It was a nice and comfortable room but you had to basically get your own room service, there was no ice on the floors during the stay, and I had to get my own supplies such as toilet paper even after they had come in the clean the room.

Everything is very nice but the shower/tub in 485 really needs to be replaced. It does not bother me but I am surprised someone else has not complained. It is really a mess.

Overall it was a nice stay. The room was very clean. The bar staff especially Roy, was very good and exceeded expectations but the bar closed way too early. I found out that each room was not equipt with a microwave but only one could be found on each floor which was a very long walk from our room. I would suggest that if you do not want to place on in the rooms at least place more in strategic areas on the floors. Like at the end and middle of each hallway. Also the pool water could have been a little bit warmer than it was. The staff was helpful with the issue with the heat in my room and it was solved quickly. I would also try to at least have your cleaning staff understand simple English to help better communication with guests
