This is an newly remodeled efficiency apartment on a property that focuses on sustainable living. The apartment includes two bedrooms, a newly renovated shower, and has a private entrance with a two parking spaces on the premise. The porperty is about 10 minute drive to campus, 20 minute bus ride, or 30 minutes with a bike. The apartment is ideal for short-term stays for events in State College such as football/sporting events, graduation, festivals etc. Currently, there is no full kitchen, but a fridge and small accessories are available to make coffee, toast and other continental style breakfast items.
