Welcome to your Penn State Destination, part 2. This unit is 2 bedrooms, one bathroom that is in close proximity to downtown State College, Beaver Stadium, the Bryce Jordan Center, Pegula Ice Arena, and Tussey Mountain. The apartment is in the basement of my home with its own private entrance. Sleeps up to 7 guests comfortably.

There are 3 Ring cameras on the entire property that all record motion and audio. Placement of cameras available upon request.

*A Siberian Husky does occasionally stay in the apartment if anyone has allergies to dogs.*

We stayed in the basement. It was fine for our needs. The place was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. The sofa was comfy. Be prepared for noise if there are renters staying upstairs. We found it to noisy from the people above walking around. The water pressure in the the shower could be better and the shower / tub faucet probably needs to be replaced and that would solve the problem. Overall we were pleased and the owner is very nice. It's just outside of walking distance to the downtown and to campus. We enjoyed our stay.

Communication with the owner was easy and accomodating. Everything was as expected. Cleanliness was marked a 4 because it is a pet friendly home so you expect it not to be pristine. For us it was perfect for us. our 2 boys and one small dog. The neighborhood is great to walk your dog and the location is ideal.

Lisa was very responsive and understanding when we had issues with the upstairs tenants being able to access our unit by a shared laundry room. She was quick with her responses and to refund the night where tenants were staying in the upstairs unit. The property was a great location to everything. The basement unit was dark, hard a damp smell and was hard to temperature control with baseboards heating units. The unit came with everything and even extras if you forgot a tooth brush or mouthwash. The unit also had dehumidifiers that could have helped with the smell but we didn’t stay long enough to run them.
