Very friendly staff. Rooms are best in Lake Tahoe. Ive stayed at all four resorts and Bally’s has the best room and the showers are amazing!!!

I enjoyed my stay at valley Lake Tahoe casino Resort. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious design. I only interfaced with front desk as my stay was 4 days and didn't have staff come in.

Terrible service. No room service. Dining was awful. Shower is advertised as custom large shower. Yes it is. However, it has the tiniest shower head. It didn’t drain and it was cold. Television didn’t work the first night. Had to go down the next day 2 times to get help. Then had to ask 2 times for towels. Overall, not what I go to a hotel for. No staff was friendly.

When the vending machine fell to give us the water that we paid for that the staff did nothing told us to call the phone number on the machine we called the phone number and got nothing but a runaround so we got ripped off for $3 for the bottle of water we never got the hotel has really gone downhill since it was Caesar's Tahoe. They don't disclose there's a $20 a night parking fee to park in their garage. And the food in their restaurants are below standard I will never go back

I didn't like that the heater was on so high in the hallways and casino area. Also the cleaning lady didnt knock and walked in and saw my husband naked. When we told front desk they said did we have the do not distrub sign on!! She didnt knock and walked in!! We hadnt checked out
