Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
STRIP YOUR OWN BEDS. Put dirty towels, blankets & linens in laundry room. If you don’t use any blankets, towels, linens or pillows, please keep off the floor & don't toss in the laundry room.
• DISHES- Wash all your dishes before you leave. Load in the evening and unload in the am.
• TRASH - Please take all your trash out to Bin. This includes bathroom trash cans & kitchen trash.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Well stocked and set up. Comfortable beds and layout to the house. Wonderful pool and hot tub. Would definitely recommend to others.

The property was very nice. It was a little expensive for being in Statesboro, Georgia. The biggest issue was somebody staying in the garage/extra living area with a dog. We did not realize it until the morning of checkout, which is very eerie. The house had an extremely strong marijuana odor
