This is a great little house off a quiet road. The house has so much potential. However, our experience was lacking. The bed was not made. The bedding was just balled up on the bed. The floors were very dirty. It’s in desperate need of a good vacuum cleaning. The kitchen is lacking basics. I do not recommend planning to cook here. The biggest struggle is the beds. The beds are very uncomfortable and the bedding is stained and scratchy. There’s a sleeper sofa but no bedding for it. I thankfully was hesitant about a sleeper sofa so I brought an air mattress and my own bedding for it. This place does have a good shower and the ac is strong. If you plan to stay here bring your own supplies like you’re camping!

Host was wonderful, the house is cute and quiet & 10 miles from GSU. 15-20 min drive to cottage row depending on traffic. Moving our daughter in for her second year was made easier because we had a peaceful place to go to rest at the end of the days. Moving days on or off campus are hectic!!! This house was the perfect retreat. The power went out late our first night and the host was so quick to text back and inform us of the neighborhood outage, which was Absolutely beyond the hosts control. She also checked back in when power was restored to make sure we were good too.

Good place to stay, host is tentative to any needs, as a newer place on vrbo it does need a couple toiletries.
