The Cottage House - Family Friendly, Close to GSU!

Summary:
Spacious updated home in a quiet area less than one mile from the GSU campus. This home features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two king bedrooms with private baths, one queen bedroom and two twin sleeper chairs. Plush towels and quality linens. High Speed Internet and smart TV's in each bedroom. Fully furnished kitchen, grill and patio that can be used while you're in town visiting. No pets.

The Space:
This property is on the same lot as a duplex that are both available on Airbnb if you have a large family or need additional space.
The house has just undergone a total renovation and offers an open concept that is perfect for relaxing while visiting Statesboro. Each bedroom has its own Smart TV. Living room has a 55" Roku TV. The two king bedrooms have their own private bath.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house. You also have a back patio off of the master bedroom.

Other Things to Note:
No pets are allowed.

We had an amazing stay at this home booked through Vrbo for Parents Weekend!From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The house was incredibly spacious — more than enough room for two families to relax comfortably without ever feeling crowded. The layout made it easy for everyone to gather together while still having private space when needed.The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and there were plenty of towels, linens, and thoughtful extras that made the stay feel effortless.The location couldn’t have been better — close to everything we needed for the weekend, which made getting around quick and stress-free.Most importantly, the host was fantastic. They were attentive, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed before and during our stay. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests’ experience.This was the perfect place for two families for Parents Weekend, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Mini Reunion

We had a wonderful time visiting with family and the floor plan was perfect. We always use VRBO when we travel… and I will say that this property was one of the easiest to navigate in the kitchen.. very well stocked! The last time we used VRBO in Statesboro.. I had to go buy a couple of pans for cooking!

I was surprised how large the house was! Loved the three bedrooms and bathrooms! Very nice. We all were intrigued by the massage chairs! We very much enjoyed! Everything was clean except the floors needed to be vacuumed. Turned your sock’s brown. Otherwise it was great! Is the cottage available December 24th and 25th? We’re coming to spend Christmas with my daughter and family! Let me know!

Excellent Location

This home was located in very close proximity to GSU. It had all the amenities of home. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The living room area had wonderful massage chairs that made just hanging out at home while watching a movie an added treat. We would definately stay at this home again.

Great Little House

2 master suites with En Suites and one additional bedroom with adjacent bath. All with updated furniture, very comfortable beds. The living room had incredible couches with massagers and phone chargers built in! Awesome big fluffy towels were also a great touch. Nice back yard to throw a football around and a great BBQ setup. Nearby restaurants and The Blue Mile. We had a fantastic stay. Thumbs up!! Five stars!

A house just a few minutes from GSU that is spacious and beautiful inside. Owner was responsive when needed, gave my family with 3 grown kids space to spread out and relax during our trip. Exceeded our expectations, hope to stay there again!
