The Little Green House on N. New St. is a historic home stylishly and lovingly renovated and decorated to suit your next getaway! This cheerful home is centrally located in Downtown Staunton and is just a 10 minute stroll to the iconic shops and dining located on East Beverley Street. With two queen bedrooms and a spacious backyard, this home is perfect for a small family, a couple, or even two couples.

Green on New boasts two floors of bright, airy space. Please note that both bedrooms are located on the second floor and require going up a flight of stairs:

FIRST FLOOR:

ENTRY WAY - Front door accessed with keypad, hall storage with hooks and selves.

LIVING ROOM - Couch, arm chair, ottoman, smart TV (please login to your own streaming accounts), coffee table that coverts to desk, pet blankets are provided for your pups to cuddle on the couch with you.

KITCHEN - Dining table with two chairs, fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances (fridge, electric oven and range, dishwasher, microwave), and Keurig coffee maker.

OFFICE SPACE - Stackable washer and dryer, desk, chair, and access to backyard/patio.

HALF BATH - Located off entry hallway.


SECOND FLOOR:

BEDROOM 1 - Queen bed, two nightstands with lamps, luggage rack, hangers in closet, and corner stool.

BEDROOM 2 - Queen Bed, two nightstands with lamps, luggage rack, and hangers in closet.

FULL BATHROOM - Tiled shower/bathtub, Public Goods Conditioner, Shampoo, and Body Wash, Beautycounter Charcoal Mask and DoTERRA toothpaste provided with every stay.

Please note that all bedrooms and living area are equipped with a pull-down blackout shade.

Feel free to bring your pup (under 50 pounds please)! We are dog friendly with a $75 pet fee. No cats, fines may apply.
