Review Title: Extremely Disappointed – Last-Minute Cancellation I had a very frustrating experience with this apartment. Just 30 minutes before my scheduled check-in, I received a message stating that my booking had been cancelled by the host. No clear explanation was given—just a generic apology: "We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused." This left me stranded with no accommodation and very little time to make alternative arrangements. While I appreciate that a refund is being processed, the lack of communication and the timing of the cancellation were completely unacceptable. Travelers rely on confirmed bookings, especially when arriving in a new city. A last-minute cancellation like this shows a lack of professionalism and consideration for guests. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when booking here.
