The apartment has been recently renovated in 2023 and features a bright, comfortable, and modern decor. The open living/dining room is equipped with a double sofa bed, a dining table, and a satellite TV with a flat screen. This room provides access to the balcony. There is one double bedroom and another room with two beds.

The apartment comes fully equipped with a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The large, open kitchen is fitted with an oven, a dishwasher, four gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. It also has access to the balcony. The bathroom features a shower, a bidet, and a toilet. Gas heating is available from October 15th to April 30th. Additionally, the apartment boasts natural stone floors, a large balcony, a large terrace with terrace furniture, a barbecue, and four deck chairs.
