Beautiful "rustico" cottage "Residenza La Sassicaia", surrounded by vineyards. 3 km from the centre of Dongo, 51 km from the centre of Como, 44 km from the centre of Lugano, in a secluded, elevated position on a slope, 3 km from the lake. Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced), terraced garden with meadow, orchard. Steep, narrow motor access. Stepped path (60 steps) to the house. Parking at the house, single garage. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bar 2 km, bicycle rental 2.2 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station "Como" 51 km, pebble beach 3 km, grass beach 3 km, outdoor swimming pool 7 km. Marina 2 km, golf course (18 hole) 23 km, surf school 2.5 km, sailing school 4.8 km, children's playground 1.2 km. Nearby attractions: Palazzo Gallio, Bellagio, Varenna. Schönes Haus in toller Lage

Wie schon von den Vorgängern beschrieben liegt das Haus sehr schön in einem mediterran bepflanzten,terrassierten Gelände mit tollem Blick über den See (sieht man ja sehr gut auf den Fotos). Aufgrund der verschiedenen Terrassen findet man je nach Tages- oder Jahreszeit immer ein passendes Plätzchen. Das Haus ist neuwertig eingerichtet mit gutem W-LAN. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Verlockend ist der gut bestückte Weinkeller, in dem es auch selbstgemachten Honig gibt (Bezahlen bei der Abfahrt). Auch mit Hund kommt man gut klar (gefliester Fußboden, abgegrenztes Grundstück, der Zaun ist allerdings nicht dicht.) Leider hat man allerdings eine ständige Geräuschkulisse von Dongo her (Verkehrslärm, Mopeds, Sirenen...). Außerdem fehlte uns eine gemütliche Sitzecke o.ä. im Haus für Regentage. Trotzdem 5 Sterne aufgrund der wunderschönen Lage. Die Fotos geben alles gut wieder.

Traumhaft schön

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Sowohl das Haus, als auch das gesamte Grundstück und der Ausblick sind traumhaft schön. Alles war sauber, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
