No animals of any kind are permitted.
This home is maintained as an allergy-free property because the owner's daughter has severe allergies to animal hair, dander, feathers, and related allergens.
There are no exceptions, including service or emotional support animals that have not been approved in accordance with applicable laws. Guests arriving with an unauthorized animal will not be permitted to check in, the reservation will be canceled, and a $500 deep-cleaning fee will be charged.
