Enjoy a stay filled with casual elegance and take full advantage of the

premium amenities this property offers.



This condo features three separate bedrooms, each furnished with either a King

or Queen-sized bed. The bedrooms seamlessly connect to a fully equipped

kitchen, dining area, and a comfortable living room with a queen-sized pull-

out sofa sleeper and a cozy gas fireplace. The unit also boasts three standard

bathrooms for added convenience. Additional amenities include flat-screen

televisions in the living room and bedrooms, humidifiers, an in-room safe,

coffee makers, hair dryers, and a steamer. Ranging from approximately 1790 to

1990 square feet, the condo can accommodate varying numbers of guests, so

please ensure accurate guest numbers when booking.



The Steamboat Grand Pool and Hot Tubs will be closed for routine maintenance

starting Sunday, April 27, 2025, and reopening on Monday, May 12, 2025.



Parking Information: Valet parking is available at $35 per night per vehicle,

while self-parking is offered at $30 per night per vehicle.
