Ideal for family gatherings or multiple couples looking to share a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Large kitchen with SubZero fridge and adjoining Dining Room is perfect for cooking and entertaining. Elevator and step-free garage entrance make this home perfect for those wanting to avoid stairs.

Home was specifically designed for wheel chair access with an elevator and Bedroom 2 (Main floor master). Rental includes 1 space in the garage as well as 2 driveway parking spots.

Guests will have access to the entire home - one garage spot with easy access, the entire main home, and the outside spaces (deck, courtyard, and lawn). Owner will be staying in an attached apartment with a separate entrance. Owner will also have a garage parking spot and access to the lawn area.

Master Bathroom shower is a steam shower. The Master Bathroom, Bedroom 2 Bath, and Bedroom 3&4 Bath include jetted bathtubs and heat lamps.
