They had given my room away. I had pre-paid and had confirmation but they said they were full and I had checked in earlier. They had my confirmation form but someone else had signed in and gotten room. In the end they did get me a room. All good. I would move the extra tile and construction stuff out of hot tub room though or just put up a curtain

Was once a good place to stay

Room very dirty, dirt in bed, nothing wiped down in a long time, cob webs, dirty bathroom Floor, linens not clean, lady checking us in did not speak English. This used to be our favorite place to stay, we will no longer stay here.

Staff lugged our bags upstairs, but we'd have liked an elevator. We met a nice couple at breakfast, served in homey lobby, and had good dinners in town, but all in all, not a luxury hotel experience. TV didn't work.

Right in the heart of town-walkable to everywhere. Paid ahead of time on hotels.com and was then charged again at the property- they corrected it the next day. The coffee and warm scones were a bonus! Older hotel but clean and room somewhat updated.

The shower floor was so dirty with mold/mildew that I didn’t want to step into it. A bath towel had holes in it. For that matter there was a hole in the bottom of the bathroom wall by the shower from water damage. Toilet tank was lose. Plastic covering to protect the refrigerator in shipment was only partially removed.

This is the second time we stayed at the hotel in the last month and we would definitely stay again. The staff has been great. The location is amazing. Onsite parking is convenient and appreciated.
