House Rules / Prices:
The prices are given per object / night with an occupancy up to max. 4 guests.
A laundry package, consisting of bed linen and towels, is compulsory for 20.00 euros per person. This price includes the cost of washing machine, dryer, high chair and baby cot.
The use of electricity, water and heating as well as the final cleaning are included in the service charge of EUR 85.00. Firewood is not available in this holiday home, you are welcome to purchase it from us on site for 10.00 euros / sack.
The deposit of € 150.00 is due with the remaining payment by bank transfer to our account. In the event of proper handover on the day of departure, the deposit will be transferred back within 5 working days. All prices include 7% VAT.
