This dream house invites you to a comfortable holiday on the Baltic Sea, offering approximately 250 m² of living space! Upon entering, you'll be captivated by the light-filled living and dining room and the generously sized 3000 m² garden with two terraces. Here you'll find the perfect place to relax!
Fully and charmingly furnished in an upscale style, the house is ideal for families with children and perhaps accompanying grandparents, as well as for groups of friends, couples, and small groups.
The house includes two living rooms, five bedrooms, each furnished with a double box-spring bed (180x200 cm), two bathrooms, each with a shower and bathtub, a separate guest toilet, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, and a fitness room equipped with wall bars, an exercise bike, a cross trainer, resistance bands, and a television, as well as a gallery on the second floor.
The house also features a sauna. Up to two dogs are welcome here; the garden is not fenced.
Relax in the garden and enjoy the fresh country air while relaxing on one of the terraces. Two sun loungers are provided. A gas grill is also available for your next barbecue.

Insgesamt tolles Haus

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Das Haus war sauber und sehr groß. Schade war, dass am ersten Tag die Heizungen nicht an waren und es die ersten Stunden dadurch sehr kalt war. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war nicht ganz so zufriedenstellend. Wir hatten zur Küchenausstattung konkrete Fragen. Diese wurden falsch beantwortet.Der Garten ist richtig groß und schön.

Tolles Objekt mit kleiner Schwäche

Wunderschönes Haus mit umfangreicher Ausstattung und viel Platz, Innen wie Aussen. Grundsätzlich eine sehr hochwertige Ausstattung - einzige Ausnahme: die Stühle (am Esstisch). Die wirken wir Fremdkörper im Haus und gehören auf den Sperrmüll! Zwei Mitreisende haben sich beide ihre Hosen an kaputten Stühlen - genau genommen an herausstehenden Nägeln - zerrissen! Da besteht Handlungsbedarf. Ansonsten alles sehr angenehm und empfehlenswert.
