Shop 200 m, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 200 m, bus stop "Stellanello" 100 m, railway station "Marina di Andora" 10 km, sandy beach "Marina di Andora" 11 km, outdoor swimming pool 12 km. Golf course (18 hole) 13 km.
"Gialla", 3-room semi-detached house 70 m2, on the upper ground floor. Antique and romantic furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (160 cm). Open kitchen (oven, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Gas heating.
