Overall, great experience. The host answered any and all questions or concerns immediately, and were very accommodating. I would advise those looking for a stay, if you have arthritis in your knees and/or back, or have difficulting getting up from a low-seated position, the couch in the living room is not very forgiving. Super comfortable, but a bit low making it difficult to get up from easily/without assistance.
