I wished that the property had a fenced in back yard for my dog . I was told that the backyard as fenced in . Also, the backyard is sorta trashy with the broken fence to the left and a weedeater sitting on the ground . Other than that the place was real clean and comfortable.

Tarleton Family Weekend

Wonderful weekend in Stephenville for Tarleton family weekend! The house is super cozy and close to college as well as down town! With the limited hotels in the area it’s nice to find a house you can call home for the weekend. Check in and out process easy! Great communication

Burger & Frey was a perfect place for my family to stay while in town for a family memorial. Comfortable, clean and homey feeling. Great location, close to an amazing bakery, Tarleton & downtown. Communication was awesome, and they were very patient with me asking questions and emailing them.

Moving central

We ejoyed our stay. Poor A/C struggled to cool the house. It was a great place to be of an evening, after moving our son into his two bedroom. Beds were comfy. Managers were very accomodating. Thanks for a great weekend.

Disappointed

Unfortunately we were never sent check in instructions. However host did reply pretty quickly once I messaged. We got in late so I never expressed how dirty everything was. We went to go buy new sheets only to find stores were closed. We ended up tossing bedding in dryer one at a time to try and help. We were so tired . The smell of the house is bad . Cats covered the front porch and I’m assuming have gotten under the house . Hot water lasted for one out of 5 showers. Carpet was very dirty . Refrigerator was not clean. We ended up leaning the next morning instead of staying two nights planned. Just couldn’t understand after reading all the good reviews. Again didn’t bother host as it was midnight and we made up our minds we were leaving in the morning.
